Durazno 4 WB was harvested on February 15, 2025, from the Durazno lot at Hacienda La Esmeralda’s El Velo farm in Panama.
After harvest, the cherries were transported to Hacienda La Esmeralda’s mill in Palmira, where they were depulped and fermented for 48 hours. The coffee was then slowly dried on raised beds for 23 days, allowing for a controlled and even drying process.
In the cup, Durazno 4 WB offers a delicate, expressive profile with notes of jasmine, peach, and passion fruit.

About Washed Processing
With the 'washed' processing method, ripe coffee cherries are harvested, de-pulped to remove the outer skin, and then undergo fermentation to remove the mucilage.
